1. Shipping & Timelines

We typically process and dispatch orders within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Indian public holidays). Once your order is shipped, it will usually take an additional 1 to 5 working days to reach you, depending on your location.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email notification with the courier tracking details, so you can easily track your shipment and know when to expect delivery.

2. Shipping Fees

Within India
For all orders within India, we charge a shipping and handling fee of INR 99. However, we offer free shipping on orders over INR 1000.

International Orders
For international shipments, shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country. We offer free shipping for international orders above USD 100.

Please note that customs duties may apply depending on the destination country. Customs duty is charged at actuals and must be paid by you at the time of delivery.

Expected Delivery Timelines

  • Within India: 5 to 10 working days
  • International: 10 to 15 working days

Note: International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We only charge for the shipping fee, not the customs duty.

3. Returns & Exchanges Policy

At The Baby Label, your little one’s comfort is our top priority! We take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted garments with simple silhouettes, designed to perfectly suit young children. We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on all items (except those marked as “Sale”) within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

  • Print & Color Variation: As our garments feature hand-block printing, slight variations in print and color are inherent to the process. These variations are not considered defects, and returns or exchanges cannot be made for this reason.
  • Condition of Goods: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
  • Refused Returns: We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.
  • Sale Items: Items marked as “Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping Charges: We do not refund the original shipping charges.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund Policy: As per our company policy, we do not offer refunds on any product sold. Products can only be exchanged for a replacement or a credit note, provided the return conditions are met.

  3. Name or SKU of the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Reason for return
  5. Photo of the defective part (if applicable)
