1. Refund & Exchange Eligibility

All products purchased on our website are eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging

To complete your refund or exchange, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refund Process
  • To begin the refund process, please contact us at hello@thebabylabel.in with your order details.
  • Send the returned item(s) to:

    Office no 209, 2nd Floor, Gera Gardens, Building No 2,
    Next to St. Mira’s College, 7A Koregaon Park, Pune – 411001.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that your item has been received. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be transferred to your bank account within 7 working days. Please note that there may be some additional processing time before the refund is posted. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 days from the approval email, kindly contact us at hello@thebabylabel.in
  • Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only regular-priced items that are defective can be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges for sale items.
3. Shipping

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping when sending back your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
